I have 2 main complaints with the app…one is that you have to log into the app and “accept” personal records in order for the watch to recognize a new one later on. I have a 2015 Ghibli S, the software shows up as Model CTP17 version 7.09. In my case I have gone to the latest Australia & New Zealand 2019.30 maps, but I figure the process should be the same for other maps. I have successfully updated my maps myself.
